Role Summary/Purpose: The role of the Leader: site management is to primarily handle all activities related to site and be the single point of contact to the client as well as the office to manage the expectations of thesite set up by the client as well as the Office. He should be able to handle contractors, co:ordinate with the key stake holders of the Head office in executing the job situated from the site.
Essential Responsibilities: The Leader : Site Management develops practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals. In this role you will be responsible for work that is less defined in scope, utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others and have the ability to effect short:term and some long:term business goals.
: Directly responsible for site operations on Projects including site management, technical advisory services, Field execution performance (quality, schedule, EHS and Cost), customer Net Promoter Score (NPS). This includes from the proposal phase through installation, commissioning until final acceptance, on assignedextended scope projects
: Responsible to develop field execution strategies, site staffing estimates, customer/ constructor meetings, and tender documents
: Oversees the subcontracting process, pre:qualifications, and commercial structure; bid packages, negotiation through final award
: Expertisein overall field operations Ensure process discipline on site and assign site teams based on project requirements to ensure contract requirements are met
: During execution, monitor project performance in all areas including cost, schedule, technical advisory services, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and quality
: Identify performance issues and provide the leadership to resolve issues and ensure the project success
: Using lean and digitization tools drive optimum process discipline
Qualifications/Requirements:
: Bachelors degree in Engineering or Engg. Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical with 15 years of experience in the field of water/waste water treatment plants. He should be as Site Manager for atleast 3:4 years managing a project of big value.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
: Willingness and ability to travel locally/globally 50 of the time when required. Could be situated in Project site for tenure of 1:2 years time.
: Have a valid passport
: Fluent in English, knowledge of local languages(desirable) and Hindi language,

: Served as Customer focal point on project sites and manage GE subcontractors or partner contract to ensure success
: Solid technical background, project management, and services experience; specially with multiple NPI programs to be validated
: Construction subcontracting and contract administration experience
: Water treatment plant installation/commissioning and quality .Ability to manage multiple complicated tasks
: Strong process and digitization skills
: Technical advisory process and execution experience
: Technical knowledge of water/waste water product lines and associated systems.
: Microsoft suite proficiency.
